How does it work?+
The plaque contains an NFC chip. When your customer holds their phone near it, they are redirected automatically to the destination you set — your Google Reviews page or your Instagram profile. It's instant.
What's the difference between the Google and Instagram plaque?+
The Google plaque redirects to your Google Reviews page. The Instagram plaque redirects to your Instagram profile. The technology is identical — only the link changes.
Can I mix Google and Instagram?+
Yes! Use our pack configurator on the home page to combine plaques to suit your needs.
Is there a subscription?+
No, never. You pay once and use it for life. No recurring fees.
Is shipping included?+
Yes, shipping is included in the displayed price. No hidden fees.
What is the delivery time?+
Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery in mainland France: 3 to 5 business days. European Union: 5 to 10 business days. Outside the European Union: 7 to 15 business days depending on the zone, from dispatch.
Do you ship outside France?+
Yes, we ship across Europe: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Delivery in 5 to 10 business days within the European Union, and 7 to 15 business days outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom).
What if I'm not satisfied?+
You have 14 days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. Write to contact@feedel.it. The return covers the entire order: all plaques must come back together, complete and in good condition. Return costs are yours. The refund is reduced or refused if the products come back damaged or incomplete.
