Purpose: These terms of sale govern the sale of NFC plaques (Google Reviews plaques, Instagram plaques, custom plaques) offered on the feedel.it website, operated by Noah Fauchart, micro-entrepreneur, SIRET 991 658 295 000 19.
Prices: Prices are shown in euros. As a micro-entrepreneur under the VAT exemption scheme (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code), Noah Fauchart is not subject to VAT. Prices are therefore net, with no VAT applicable. Shipping costs are included in the displayed price. No hidden fees.
Order: The customer places an order online on the feedel.it website. Full payment at the time of order constitutes acceptance of these terms of sale.
Payment: Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via our provider Stripe Payments Europe Limited. Payment is fully secure.
Delivery: Orders are shipped to mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Monaco. Processing time: 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery time: 4 to 7 business days from dispatch. The risks associated with the goods are transferred to the customer as soon as the carrier takes charge of the parcel.
Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the customer must contact contact@feedel.it. Return costs are borne by the customer. A full refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product in good condition.
Commercial warranty: Feedel.it offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from receipt, with no conditions. This commercial warranty is in addition to the 14-day legal right of withdrawal.
Legal warranty of conformity: In accordance with Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code, the seller is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.
Liability: Feedel.it's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the order concerned.
Mediation: In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, you may use the free MEDICYS mediation service (www.medicys.fr) or any other mediator listed by the French Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation.
Competent court: In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the courts of Nantes (France) shall have sole jurisdiction.
